What does the fitness assessment cost and what do you need to bring?

 

Vitality fitness assessment is done with one of the Biokineticists. It’s a 30 min to 45 min test that are conducted at a fee of R425 per test.You will be provided with a “proof of payment” statement with which you can claim back from your savings IF you are a Discovery Health member.

What you need to bring;

 Please note that you need to bring CASH for the test.

Vitality membership number

Comfortable exercise clothes and shoes

Doctors clearance if needed
